If you own a custom email domain, you can transfer an active email address from one member of the domain to another member.
On iCloud.com, click in the toolbar, then click Custom Email Domain.
Select a domain.
Click next to the address you want to transfer, then click Continue.
Choose the person that you want to transfer the address to, click Send, then click Done.
A notification is sent to the current owner of the address and the person you selected. If they both accept, the address is transferred. If necessary, you can click Resend Request to resend the notification.
Transfer deleted addresses
If you’re a member of a custom email domain, you can request to use an address that another member of the domain deleted.
On iCloud.com, click in the toolbar, then click Custom Email Domain.
Select a domain.
Click . In the field that appears, type the deleted address.
Each person can have a maximum of three active email addresses for a domain.
Click “Add email address”, click Send, then click Done.
A notification is sent to the owner of the address. If they accept, the address is transferred. If necessary, you can click Resend Request to resend the notification.
Cancel a transfer request
