What is iCloud+?
iCloud+ gives you everything iCloud offers plus premium features including iCloud Private Relay, Hide My Email, HomeKit Secure Video support, support for custom email domains, and all the storage you need for your data.
iCloud Private Relay: Hide your IP address and browsing activity in Safari and protect your unencrypted internet traffic—without affecting browsing performance. See Use iCloud Private Relay.
Hide My Email: With Hide My Email, create unique, random email addresses that forward to your personal inbox so you can send and receive email without having to share your personal email address. See Use Hide My Email.
HomeKit Secure Video: Connect your home security cameras in the Home app to record your footage and view it from anywhere, while keeping it private and secure. See Store encrypted security camera footage in iCloud with HomeKit Secure Video.
Custom email domain: Using iCloud.com, you can purchase a custom email domain or import one you already own and use it with iCloud Mail. See Purchase a new email domain and add it to iCloud Mail and Add an email domain you already own to iCloud Mail.
iCloud storage: iCloud+ includes additional iCloud storage. You can choose an iCloud+ plan with 50 GB, 200 GB, 2 TB, 6 TB, or 12 TB of storage. See the Apple Support article iCloud+ plans and pricing.
Subscribe to iCloud+
You can subscribe to iCloud+ or to Apple One, which includes iCloud+ and other services. See the Apple Support articles Upgrade to iCloud+ and Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One.
To learn more about iCloud+ features and how they work across all your devices, see the iCloud User Guide.
Note: iCloud+ may not be available in all countries or regions. See the macOS Feature Availability webpage.
Share iCloud+
When you set up Family Sharing, you can share your iCloud+ subscription with members of your Family Sharing group.
If you join a Family Sharing group that subscribes to iCloud+ or Apple One and you already subscribe, your subscription isn’t renewed on your next billing date; instead, you use the group’s subscription. If you join a Family Sharing group that doesn’t subscribe, the group uses your subscription.
To stop sharing iCloud+ with a Family Sharing group, you can cancel the subscription, leave the group, or stop using Family Sharing.
Change or cancel your iCloud+ subscription
You can change or cancel your iCloud+ subscription using the same procedure you use to manage your iCloud storage plan. See the Apple Support article Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan.
For information about iCloud+ features in Safari, see the Safari User Guide.
