Join a call from a FaceTime link
When you receive a link to a FaceTime call, you can join the call on the web using an Apple, Android, or Windows device that meets these requirements. (If your Mac has macOS 12 or later, you join the call in FaceTime.)
Join a call on your Mac from a FaceTime link
Click the link to the FaceTime call, then click Join in the FaceTime app on your Mac.
If you’re the originator of the FaceTime link, the call begins. The originator of the FaceTime link can let you in to the call immediately; other callers (who are using Apple devices, who have been approved, and who have joined the call for at least 30 seconds) can also approve (or decline) requests to join the call.
Note: With macOS 12 or later, you join the call in FaceTime; otherwise, you join the call in your browser.
After you’re on a call, you can add more people to a FaceTime call, change your view of the call, pause a video call, change audio options on the call, share a link to the call, or end the call.

After you’re in the call, you can manage the call—for example, you can share the link with others, change your view, and more.
