Is it OK to use a disinfectant on Apple Vision Pro?
No, do not use isopropyl alcohol, Windex, Clorox, or similar products to clean the hard, nonporous surfaces of Apple Vision Pro. Clean your Vision Pro with a dry cloth, slightly damp cloth, or use the specific instructions outlined below.

How to clean your Apple Vision Pro cover glass
If the cover glass becomes smudged, wipe it with a clean, dry microfiber cloth — like your included Apple Vision Pro Polishing Cloth. Make sure to store your Apple Vision Pro Polishing Cloth in a clean bag. Backpacks, handbags, pockets, and other places might contain particles that could scratch your device.
If you can see loose particles on your cover glass, wipe with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
You can also apply ZEISS cleaning spray to your Apple Vision Pro Polishing Cloth, then wipe your Apple Vision Pro cover glass dry.
How to clean your Apple Vision Pro displays
Place your Vision Pro inside its cover and set it on a level surface.
Wipe the optical displays with a clean, dry microfiber cloth — like your included Apple Vision Pro Polishing Cloth. Don't use any paper products.
You can also apply ZEISS cleaning spray to your Apple Vision Pro Polishing Cloth, then wipe your Apple Vision Pro displays dry.

How to clean your Light Seal Cushion, head bands, and Apple Vision Pro Cover
Use fragrance-free unscented dish soap. Don't use cleaning wipes, disinfectant wipes, or laundry detergent.
Remove your Light Seal Cushion, head band, or Apple Vision Pro Cover from the Enclosure.
In a clean container, mix 5 tsp (25 mL) of fragrance-free dish soap into two cups (500 mL) of warm water.
Place your Light Seal Cushion, head band, or Apple Vision Pro Cover in the soapy water.
Gently press and rub its surface with your hands and fingers for two minutes.
Rinse under running water and gently compress the foam to remove excess soap for 30 seconds. Repeat as needed.
Let it air dry at room temperature. Don't use until it's fully dry.
How to clean your Light Seal
Use fragrance-free unscented dish soap. Don't use cleaning wipes, disinfectant wipes, or laundry detergent.
Remove the Light Seal from the Enclosure, and remove the Light Seal Cushion from the Light Seal.
In a clean container, mix 5 tsp (25 mL) of fragrance-free dish soap into two cups (500 mL) of water.
Place a soft lint-free cloth in the soapy water.
Remove the cloth from the water and remove excess water.
Gently rub the surface of the Light Seal with the wet soapy cloth for two minutes.
Wet a second clean, lint-free cloth with fresh water and rub to remove any soap residue from the cleaned area.
Repeat as needed.
Let it air dry at room temperature. Don't use until it's fully dry.
How to clean your Apple Vision Pro Curtain
If material is stuck to the curtain around the displays, use a dry, lint-free cloth or soft bristle brush to remove the debris. You can also press non-tacky tape onto the curtain and lift it up to remove debris.
To remove a stain, use a damp cloth and gently rub on the stain. Take care not to get the displays wet.
How to clean your Audio Strap
Wipe the strap clean with a soft, lint-free cloth. If necessary, lightly dampen the cloth with fresh water, avoiding the microphone and speaker meshes. You can also use hypoallergenic soap for cleaning, avoiding the power connector, speaker mesh, head band connector, and the aluminum lid.
Clean the speaker meshes with a dry cotton swab.
Dry the strap with a soft, lint-free cloth before you attach it to the main system.

To remove debris from the microphone or speaker meshes, gently brush with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush.
How to clean your Apple Vision Pro Battery
Shut down Apple Vision Pro and unplug the power connector from the audio strap on your Vision Pro.
If your battery is plugged into the wall to charge, unplug it.
Dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with water to clean the battery's exterior. Avoid getting any moisture near the power cable.
Fully dry with a clean lint-free cloth before you use the battery pack again.
