Choose the correct email service provider when you add an account to Mail
When setting up an email account on your Apple device, you’ll be asked to choose from a list of email service providers, but your email address may not include the provider’s name. Find out which of these providers is the correct choice for your email address.
Use this information when setting up an email account in the Mail app on Phone or iPad, on Mac or on Apple Vision Pro.

Any other email address | If setting up a Microsoft Exchange-based email account, choose Microsoft Exchange. Otherwise, choose Other (or Other Mail Account) and be ready to enter your email settings manually, if needed. |
