You will take a battery of science-based cognitive tests that provide snapshots of your current performance in core areas like memory, attention, and processing speed. Plan to set aside 20 minutes.

Review your personal habits around the six pillars of brain health: Be social, Engage your brain, Manage stress, Ongoing execise, Restorative sleep and Eat right. Plan to set aside 20 minutes.
Additonal Tests
Explore skills like nonverbal reasoning, spatial processing and verbal reasoning to round out your understanding of your cognitive skills today. Plan to set aside 20 minutes.
