  1. I will only start on a commission once it has been paid for in full via PayPal (USD).
  2. I will not send an invoice until all details have been discussed and I am ready to start on the commission.
  3. Finished pieces will be provided to the customer via a Google Drive link to a download of the full HD PNG file, or the file can alternatively be emailed to the customer directly upon request.
  4. Refunds are not offered for finished pieces. If you would like a refund prior to completion of the piece, PM me or email me and let me know. I will cease work on a commission that has been refunded, and you will not receive the full HD file.
  5. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, and I am not obligated to provide a reason for declining a commission.
  6. I am allowed to use the finished artwork in my portfolio and to upload it to my own page. Anonymity of the commissioner is preserved only upon request, as otherwise, I will assume that you would like me to mention you as the owner of the character design.
  7. If you post the finished commission elsewhere, please provide credit to me in the form of a link to my FurAffinity or Twitter page, or to my own upload of the piece.
  8. You may not resell the piece to someone else, or sell any merchandise involving the piece. It is still my work, and I hold the copyright.
  9. You may not perform edits to or ask another artist to perform edits to a piece that I have made, including unfinished, low-res WIP pictures.
  10. You may not use unfinished, low-res WIPs. This includes but is not limited to use as an icon or as a reference, or uploading the WIP to any image gallery. Breaking this term while I am working on your commission will be considered a breach of trust. You will receive a refund (full or partial depends on level of completion at the time), I will not work on your commission any longer, and I will not work with you again in future.
  11. Do not remove my signature.
  12. I will send at least one low-res, watermarked WIP picture via email or direct message at each stage of the piece (sketch, lineart, etc). For sketch-only commissions, I will send at least one low-res, watermarked version of the sketch to ensure that you are happy with the product prior to sending the full HD piece.
  13. Be honest about your opinion of the piece. If you do not like it, please tell me so and let me know what I can do to fix it. If you receive a finished (full HD file) commission that you do not like, you cannot receive a refund at this point, because it is then too late to decide that you do not like the piece after all. Major changes, or even minor changes made at certain stages of completion may incur additional charges.
  14. Please provide at least one clear reference picture, including clear markings and color. Fully-shaded references with no color key are not considered clear references. A very detailed description of your character may also suffice. Description-based commissions are only available on the understanding that your design description is up to my interpretation as an artist, and the price may increase if I have to do a lot of edits.
  15. Please be clear and give plenty of detail about what you want the piece to look like. This will help to avoid misunderstandings.
  16. I will start work on your commission within 4 weeks from date of payment. The commission will be finished no more than 3 months after I have sent the initial sketch, at the most. If something comes up and your commission will take longer to finish, I will let you know, and then you can decide whether you would like to wait for me to finish the commission or receive a refund.
