General rules

Every GHOSTIE owner can be found here (masterlist): GHOSTIE-DATABASE

Do not steal, trace or copy any of my designs or ideas.
Always ask if you are not sure about the rules!

Rules on (co)ownership

Co-owner ship is allowed, but let me know. Apart from the payment do I not want to be involved in difficulties between the two parties. Though I am always willing to help to get their name out.
No more than two people can co-own one character.
The design can only be altered if both owners agree.
I must be notified of any trade/sale/gift of any ghostie design. Please reply to the comment on the character page on the masterlist to update the ownership!

In regards to adoptable designs

You may transfer ownership of a design to another person.
You may resell a design for the price you purchased it for.
You may add additional cost to design if you commissioned art.

Payment rules

I do holds for 48 hours only!
Payment must be sent within 24 hours after confirmation.
You will receive its original file after I receive payment.
You can not bid on my adopts with an account less older than 5 months, unless you have proof that you have purchased other adopts before.
No dropping out, returning or refunding once you bought the design. Be 100% sure that you can pay.
Depending on what happened, failed payment may lead you to my blacklist.
Payment plans are accepted but they have to be finished within the time range we have planned. Click here for the payment plan.
The adopt will be yours after payment is sent.
Any portion of paid payment plans won't be refunded if you can not finish the plan.
Do not ever commission the character before it's fully paid.

Credit rules

Please credit and link to me when re-posting my art on dA or on another site. (you have to link back to me, write :dev chariko: without the space, if you don't know how to link)
Please credit me for the design at least once! (or more, I'd love to see their art!)
Credit me when you upload my adopts to Toyhou.se as the Creator. My TH is Charikoko

Editing a design

Minor changes (such as eye color) that clearly resemble the original design are accepted without having to send a note for approval.
Please keep the original version of the character in case the design will change owners!
You may add as many wardrobes and hairstyles as you like! The only thing you are not allowed to change are the ghostie traits (without owning an editing ticket).
Please note me (or Ghastly-Ghosties if it's ghostie related) for further clarification if needed!

Reselling and trading

All my adoptables may be resold at the original price they were bought for. The price has to be the same currency that you paid with. (paypal can convert the money to your own currency).
You are allowed to price it higher if you have commissioned extra art.
If you are caught reselling a gifted or traded design then you will receive a warning or be banned/blacklisted.
MYOs may be resold for the original MYO price, if art is commissioned, you may ask for more.

Reposting

After purchasing a design from me, you are free to repost it. (with credit and a working link linking back to me. You can type :dev chariko: without the space to link)
Purchasing any of my designs means you have read, understood and abide by these rules. If there are some things you are unsure, feel free to send me a note!

if you are found breaking any of these rules you will receive a warning before being banned and blacklisted from purchasing my designs or receiving them through trades.

Violaters will be added to my blacklist, maybe with and maybe without a warning, either temporarily or permanently.
