When/if the item is deemed authentic; our experts will place our Signature Blue 'SOLE SERIOUSS' Authenticity tag on the item. This ensures the item is Authentic and Enables our 14-day guarantee for hassle-free returns or exchanges.
   
  
AUTHENTICATION [PASSED]
Once the item has passed our rigorous inspections and checks, the item will be re-packaged, double boxed and bubble wrapped for maximum protection while in transit to you the buyer.
 
AUTHENTICATION [FAILED]
In the event that the item is deemed a counterfeit, inconclusive or missing any of the original accessories, the item will be returned to the seller and your order will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

Here at SOLE SERIOUSS we want you to be happy with your purchase and with our 14 Day Guarantee, You are able to Return or Exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery for another item/size or a refund/credit issued only as an 'SS Gift Card'.
Redeemable via our APP, Website or In-Store Locations.
 
Returns & Exchanges are eligible within 14 days of the orders delivery.
Item(s) ordered must meet all of the following requirements to qualify. 
- Must still have our SS Authenticity Tag attached & not tampered with.
- Must still be in Brand New condition. Not worn, tried on or damaged.
- Must still have the original box, papers, inserts &/or accessories.
   
 
Returns
 You are able to return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery for a refund/credit issued only as a 'SS Gift Card'. Redeemable via our APP, Website or In-Store Locations.
Upon an 'Approved' return you will be invoiced for the $30 return fee*
*This fee covers the return label we will send you + the original shipping cost incurred by shipping the item(s) to you.
 
Exchanges 
You are able to exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a different item/size.
Upon an 'Approved' return you will be invoiced for the $30 return fee*
*This fee covers the return label we will send you + the shipping cost to send you the newly selected item*

If the new item you are selecting is higher priced, you will be invoiced for the difference between the item(s) once the return is received back at our warehouse.

If the new item you are selecting is lower priced, you will be refunded/credited the remaining balance as a 'SS Gift Card' for the difference between the item(s) once the return is received back at our warehouse.
   
 

*In the rare event that you are ever sent the wrong item/size, you will be able to return/exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for the correct item/size and we will cover the $30 return fee*

    
  

Return Process..

  1. First 'Submit a return' with the button below..
  2. Select the reason for your return and desired resolution 'Return' or 'Exchange'
  3. Attach photos/videos of the item being returned and submit for approval.
  4. If/When approved you will be issued a return label via email.
  5. Once the item is received back at our warehouse we will verify the item(s) are in Brand New condition and ensure the item(s) still also have their original SS Authenticity tag attached and intact..
  6. Once your returned item(s) are approved, We will proceed with your desired resolution 'Return' or 'Exchange' and issue tracking info when applicable.
 
  • If 'Return' was selected, we will issue your 'SS Gift Card' and send email confirmation of the return breakdown and your code to redeem.
  • If 'Exchange' was selected, you will be invoiced via email for any applicable differences between the item(s).

DISCLAIMER:  Please return the item(s) back to us Double Boxed and Bubble Wrapped, Just as the item(s) were originally shipped to you to avoid any damages to the item(s) original packaging. 
Be advised any returns NOT properly packaged and damaged in transit will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. *NO EXCEPTIONS*

DISCLAIMER: International orders (outside of the USA) are FINAL & excluded from Returns/Exchanges due to high international shipping and return cost.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number.
