We've added a step to make your account more secure

You now need to enter a username, password and verification code when you log in. You can generate verification codes using the Zempler mobile app.

To activate your Code Key enter the 10 digit number printed on the back of the device.

Make sure you're entering the 10 digits on the back of your Code Key.

If your Code Key hasn't arrived yet and you would like to log in you can download the Zempler mobile app which lets you generate verification codes. It's free to download just search Zempler mobile in the App Store or Google Play.

Success, you can now use your Code Key to log in

To generate a code press & hold the hexagon for 3 seconds until the 8 digit code appear.
