Terrible app. Keeps sending me notifications that I have something in my cart, when I click on it's empty. Won't show items I've registered. Couldn't register my new watch 7, would not recognize the serial number. Seem to work perfectly when I ordered my new watch, went through no problem. (Side note)..Until suddenly there was a voucher available that wasn't showing up before I bought my watch. I contacted them and they said they will apply it and refund me. Still waiting. Website works perfect.

Not 5 stars, but 5 big problems so far. 1. Once you download it, it will automatically sign you in without asking for your permission. 2. It has both the student and main store options, but it does not let you choose a student store. 3. Nomatter how fast your internet connection is, it is one of the slowest ever apps 4. The features displayed as add or notifications are not functional. You click them to open, good luck. 5. The chat support system is poorly designed and non functional.

I spent literally (and I do not use the term "literally" lightly) 4.5 hours trying to order through the app, add all the discounts, vouchers and so on. Countless unresponsive pages, after which you have to go back to the cart and restart the process. I finally did it, though, so not only I paid a fairly pretty penny to Samsung, but I also feel successful and privileged to have done so. Kudos for the sales strategy! Giving it 2 stars for actually allowing me to complete the order in the end.
