Global recognition

RSB’s sustainability framework has been recognised by NGOs, companies, regulators and others around the world as a uniquely robust and practical approach to advancing the biocircular economy.

Each year more and more organisations add their voices in support of RSB and it’s sustainability framework.

See below a list of organisations, including our members, who have contributed to our global recognition as the leading organisation to advance the just and sustainable transition to a biocircular economy.

Blue Angel

Research from Germany’s oldest eco label, Blauer Engel (Blue Angel), which covers over 10,000 products across 80 categories, found that RSB is the only certification system for biomass that fulfil their own rigorous requirements to be recognised under their own approach – without any constraints or additional requirements.
