There was a problem hiding this comment.
This is a breaking change, because actions/cache@v4 upgrades from node16 to node20.
Therefore, after we merge this PR, we should perhaps wait to make a release until after we've also upgraded pyTooling/Actions to node20. Then we can make a single breaking v2.0.0 release of this action.
