Focus outline for tick partially cut off while editing title for polls or to do lists. #32829

Description
When editing the title for a poll or to-do list, the focus outline for the tick option is partially cut off on the right side.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Create a poll or a todo list using the
/pollor/todocommand, or via the UI buttons. - Click on the ✏️ icon near the title to edit the title.
- Observe how focusing or clicking the ✅ button has the outline cut off at the right side.
