Hey, so I pre-ordered the Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Buds Pro 3 on July 10th. The invoice said shipping would start on July 18th, but my order is still being processed. The official release date is today, and I still don't have it. What a bummer! The whole point of pre-ordering was to get it before the release day, but now customer service keeps telling me it's out of stock. I mean, I ordered it on the day of the Unpacked event! Very frustrating.

In the same boat as you for my watch ultra order i did on july 11. Asked customer support yesterday and they said it would be shipped by the end of August????? Like samsung get your game together, don't let people preorder if it's out of stock???
