Samsung Members Community is designed to be a welcoming space for everyone to ask questions, help each other, and have discussions about Samsung products and services. To create an inviting atmosphere, we have set some standards and guidelines regarding posts and comments in the Community.

We sincerely ask for your contribution in keeping this community safe. Please do not hesitate to flag any posts, comments, or images that you think might fall under the categories below:

• Derogatory language and profanity: personal attacks on individuals, trolls, threats to anyone’s health and safety, hate speech and symbols, or any form of derogatory language and profanity. This may include, but not limited to, derogatory characterizations against race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, and disability.
• Spam, defined as repeated/excessive posting: any posts, comments, and images in excessive quantity that are not useful or constructive to the discussion.
• Nudity or sexual content: any posts, comments, or images that may have sexual elements will not be tolerated, and users will be either temporarily or permanently banned depending on severity.
• Advertising and self-promotion: any form of commercial or personal advertisements, including but not limited to messages, claims, comparisons, or solicitations for products and services other than that of Samsung will be removed and the offending user will be banned or issued a warning.
• Personal information, impersonation of Samsung employees or moderators: any posts, comments, or images containing personal information (e.g. names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, photographs of individuals), as well as any misleading form of impersonation of Samsung employees or moderators.
• Illegal activity: any content that endorses, condones, or discusses any illegal, inappropriate, or risky activity, behaviour, or conduct.
• Any other content that is or could be considered as inappropriate, offensive, or unsuitable in Samsung Members Community will be determined by Samsung at its sole discretion.

Please rest assured that your report is private and confidential.

Don’t forget to be nice, polite, and respectful towards other Community members, moderators, and community managers. Community members may have different opinions and levels of familiarity with their Samsung product or device; therefore, we insist you to post or comment with the intention of providing assistance or promoting constructive conversation with other members. Community managers and moderators may hop in to provide further assistance as well as to engage with the community.
