What we collect and why.

Purr Apps may collect and use technical data and related information which is provided to us by Apple, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you (if any) related to the licensed application. Application provider may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you. When playing games, we may collect playing duration, game progress, score and achievements and other non-personal data as reasonably required by Purr Apps to enhance our products and services.

What we don’t collect.

Our website and mobile applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If a user is identified as a child under the age of 13 through a support request, we will not collect, store or use such personal information, and any personal information that has been provided will be deleted. Additionally, our apps which are designed for the 13 and under age group do not serve ads and will never collect any personal information from children. As for our apps which serve ads and our web site itself, we conform with user privacy laws and if a user chooses to opt out of being served personalized ads, that will prevent any personalized information from being stored or used by the 3rd party advertising agencies which serve ads in our apps or our web site.

What we do with the information you provide.

Any personal information that you choose provide to us will be used solely for the purpose it was intended, this includes, but is not limited to:

Email List: When you subscribe to our email list, you will be asked to provide your email address. Your email may be provided to a third-party service solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. This is an opt-in service and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Technical Support: When you request technical support, we may ask for information relevant to your request, including information about your device, your software, your operating system and your contact information. This information will only be used to assist you with your support request.

Contests and Promotions: If you participate in a contest, you may be asked to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address and physical mailing address. Opt-Out of Disclosure of Personal Info When Ads Are Served in Apps.

Our apps which have 3rd party advertisements served in them may use personal information to serve the best ads. As of iOS 14.x and higher versions of our apps, users will have the option of opting out of personal information being collected or used to serve ads. When a user opts out of personalized ads, the ads which are served will be based on the name of the app or the content of the app itself. The Opt-Out feature of our apps which serve ads conforms with The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Apple’s requirements for App Tracking Privacy.

Children Under 13

At Purr Apps, we work hard to make exceptional learning experiences that kids love and parents trust. We will never collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in our apps which are designed for that age group. These particular apps do not serve ads, and do not collect or use personal information. The apps which have advertisements served in them may not be used by that age group unless the parents grant permission for them to. As of iOS 14.x and higher versions of our apps, apps with advertisements will have an Opt-Out option so that no personal information can be collected or used by a 3rd parties for the purpose of serving personalized ads.

When you visit our website, we may send cookies to your computer that uniquely identify your browser. Most browsers allow you to disable cookies or set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent to your computer.
