PSA publishes Annual Market Review 2023/24
PSA publishes its Annual Market Review today, conducted by Analysys Mason.
The Annual Market Review provides a comprehensive overview of the phone-paid services market, including consumer spend and experience, market trends and a medium-term forecast.
This year's review found that the market performed inline with expectations growing 5.1%. This was driven by robust growth in operator billing which increased by 14.9%.
Analysys Mason's medium term forecast is also positive, with the market expected to grow by 3.0% per annum over the next three years to £681.3 million.
