Born in a quiet village south of Bordeaux, nestled on Arcachon Bay, I never thought I’d stray far. But after studying in Bordeaux, engineering in Paris, and a year in China, I caught the travel bug. Asia beckoned, and Japan offered a job. Tokyo became my playground—its streets, eateries, and weekend explorations across Japan fueled my wanderlust. Eight years later, craving more autonomy, I swapped Tokyo’s bustle for Nara’s tranquility, living amidst its famed deer. Embracing freelancing, I launched my own software venture, snagged my first car, and got gloriously lost in local lanes. After a refreshing break, I returned to Tokyo—more independent and driven than ever.

WordPress Origin Story

Since diving into WordPress back in 2009, I kissed goodbye to building websites from scratch. No more late-night coding marathons! Yet, plugins? They gave me the jitters. All that power packed into one click? Terrifying! So, I took matters into my own hands, crafting plugins that are lean, mean, and so clean they sparkle. Now, I babysit a bunch of popular plugins like they’re my own kids. WordPress? It’s not just a platform anymore—it’s practically my reason for living!
