Poorest designed App out there. When you try to pay your bill AFTER logging into your account you still need to go back into your email to find your account number and amount owing. It's a pointless app, can't do anything direct from it as simple as setting up pre authorized payments. And NO, I will not reach out to your robot to look into this.

Terrible experience with the Deco X53 modem and the broadband. Despite following all setup instructions, it doesn’t work—our devices shows as connected, but then says no internet. We tried resetting everything, but nothing helped. Customer service was very unhelpful, telling us to just wait which is unacceptable given our urgent need for internet, especially as most of my work requires me to be online. Don’t waste your money or time on this company—look elsewhere for a reliable solution.

Prepay app not working again. Won't top up. When it sometimes works it tops up from your account, but show on the app it did not go threw. Hana bot is is unhelpful. Have done unistalled and reinstalled app not difference. All theses problems should have been resolved by now. Have been with vodafone for 20+years. Thinking of moving to another Company.
