*The appointment tab is a great feature but unfortunately is no longer works. Gradually over time it would work and then it would stop it would work and then it would stop, and so on and so forth that has never fixed the issue, it just fixes it for one day which it did a couple weeks ago and my appointments we're showing which is great because I thought it may be it was a problem because I moved from California to Washington well as of today it no longer works again. !

I mainly use this app for secure messaging and prescriptions but I also use it to look at my appointments and if I need documentation about my disability. I haven't been able to see any appointments since march '24 and sends me to VA.gov which is a convoluted mess. It shows that my clinic is Chalmers P. Wylie outpatient clinic which is not the case. The new payments area is good as are the benefits tab but not being able to see my appointments is a fail. At least I can still see secure message.

Excellent app. Now it's easy and convenient to accomplish tasks, access my information, order refills from the pharmacy, see results from visits to the VA, and keep in touch with my ”Primary.” So far it's very forgiving when I got lost inside the app, which only happened when I first started using it. And it's easier for me to back out of problems if I make a mistake. Best of all, my phone is always with me, therefore it's much more convenient than getting to a computer to access the website.
