App mostly works. But often throws vague errors and I need to contact support to get it sorted. When using the live chat, the text field at the bottom of the screen often moves off the screen. I need to close the chat and re-open it to enter any more text. App definitely needs some more QA and polish. Just spent 30 mins in a recaptcha loop, and was still unable to log in. Don't bother with the app, just use the website.

Its good over all. The data speeds are not amazing in my area (AZ 85204), but its alot faster than my last carrier. I just wish I could get max speeds. It's really good for video watching but if your trying to download something it's probably better to get wifi. Having said that for the price I'd say you get more than your moneys worth.

Extremely disappointing experience within the first week unfortunately. I can't express how utterly frustrating the customer support bots are and I got sent a completely USELESS sim card by visible. The agent I finally got in touch with told me it was useless and sent me another one which I got within 24 hours which was nice, but the amount of time it took for me to find out my sim was faulty is upsetting. I hope the service works from here on out, but I'm most likely getting a better service.
