Cannot log in, not sure if it because I actually type the wrong username and password with that being said I can remember my account but (1) username is all locked to type in as capital letter only cannot change (2) again the keyboard UI when typing the password is not system keyboard (it feels and responds diffently, not it a good way) and I cannot peak at the password. And I don't want to contact call center because I do not forget my account!

Many promotions but no features to apply on the App. It has to apply via SMS, an old-fashioned way and why having the App for!. Another feature,, trying couple time to apply a new card on the App, it's kept redirecting to update the App. Given up already, afterthe Call Center advised to log-out for sometime/relogged-in.

15 years as Citibank customer, never a problem. Now I can't pay my bills every month. I can't use my debit card because don't show up in app so can set a pin and branch can't help. App horrible broken, every single payment method broken now, so can't pay any bills. Response from customer support is call me In in 3 days. The branch don't want to help, they give phone for tele support. Bank totally broken
