Founded in 2008 by Tim Bernard, in response to a gap in the life sciences market we offer advice and support for small to medium-sized businesses operating within the life science research reagent sector. Our consultants have real world experience in the life science sector both at the science bench and commercially having set up our own companies and worked within this sector for over 90 years cumulatively. We are able to advise from a practical perspective, drawing on personal experience on all aspects of company development from product development, commercialisation, marketing, brand development through to eventual exit be it company sale, merger or acquisition of other assets.
