The Cetelem Foundation
Inclusion through digital sharing
The Cetelem Foundation was created in 1992 and operates under the aegis of the Fondation de France. Beyond the guarantee of quality it represents, the Fondation de France allows us to benefit from its support and expertise, and provides an appropriate administrative, legal and fiscal framework.
Over the years, the focus of the Cetelem Foundation has evolved to better respond to societal challenges. Thus, since 2018, we have been working for inclusion through digital sharing.
Why inclusion through digital sharing?
- Because 15.4% of French people are illectronism in France;
- Because inequalities in access and use of digital are growing especially among the most fragile;
- Because access to social rights, public services, employment, education, is thus compromised for more than 13 million French.
