- Open PDF Expert on your Mac.
- Click File at the top left of the screen.
- In the dropdown menu, select the Merge Files… option. This will open a new window where you can add the PDFs you want to combine by clicking Select Files.
- Press CMD and select your PDFs. Then, click Continue.
- Click Merge if you’re happy with your choice, or click Add Files to attach more files from your computer.
- Once the files are added, you can arrange them in the desired order by dragging them left or right. You can also insert a blank page, append a file, or rotate pages. These changes will be reflected in the final merged document.
