It was incredible to bring together so many passionate product professionals and have Cees de Gooijer and Gijs Oostendorp share key insights from our latest GenAI project with ARAG Nederland. The focus? The integration of AI in product design. Cees also introduced an innovative framework that leverages GenAI to simplify the discovery process by focusing on strategy, people, and context. Acceleratie van BAS World – Time to Market versneld van 2 weken naar 2 dagen! In deze klantcase laten we zien hoe ons Discovery-traject BAS World heeft geholpen hun systemen te moderniseren en een flexibeler, schaalbaar platform te realiseren. 🔧 Uitdaging: Een legacy IT-infrastructuur die de snelle lancering van marketingcampagnes vertraagde. 🤝 Oplossing: Een gestructureerd Discovery-traject onder leiding van AND Digital, waarin samengestelde teams vanuit zowel IT als de business samenwerkten aan een toekomstbestendige oplossing. 🚀 Resultaat: Dankzij een vernieuwd CMS- en PIM-systeem kan BAS World nu sneller campagnes lanceren, waardoor ze snel kunnen inspelen op veranderingen in de markt. De aanpak met samengestelde teams wordt voortaan ook toegepast om toekomstige discovery-trajecten verder te optimaliseren en de resultaten naar een nog hoger niveau te tillen. "Het succes van de discovery zie je aan drie zaken. Allereerst hebben we een voorkeurskeuze gemaakt voor onze toekomstige oplossingen. Dit was in dit tijdsbestek alleen mogelijk door de expertise van AND Digital. Zij kennen de producten echt goed en waren in staat snel onze business te doorgronden. De tweede reden: het was echt een gezamenlijk traject, AND Digital pakte de lead op de discovery, maar de uitkomst voelde echt als een gedeelde uitkomst. De betrokkenheid en daarmee commitment van de BAS World medewerkers op de uitkomst is erg hoog. Heineken introduceert in partnerschap met AND Digital ‘HeiDeal’: een nieuw B2B-platform dat het rendement van de Heineken producten naar een hoger niveau tilt. HeiDeal zal datagestuurde technologie en AI gaan gebruiken om verkoopteams waardevolle deals en optimale contracten te laten creëren voor Heineken. Het platform start in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en maakt het eenvoudiger om horeca te voorzien van premium, concurrerend geprijsde Heineken producten. Het is de bedoeling dat HeiDeal ook in andere Europese landen geïntroduceerd gaat worden. Good Vibes & Goodbyes at Our Quarterly Club Day! 🚲🍾 Yesterday, our 🇳🇱 ANDIs gathered for an enjoyable afternoon. We started by discussing our performance, reflecting on our progress and readiness to accelerate the growth of the Netherlands' top companies. Our ambition to build remarkable products, create high-performing teams, and close digital skills gaps is more achievable than ever, thanks to our dedicated ANDIs, clients, and partners. A special thanks to Andrew Smith, for his significant role in guiding us to our current position. Andrew will be leaving us to take on another important role within AND Digital.
