Alex Rose

Alex Rose has been hailed as part of a new class of R&B-influenced Latin trap artists who’ve helped the genre cross over to a mainstream global audience. ∙ His debut EP, Sexflix, samples heavily from tracks by Akon, Mario, PnB Rock, and Ray J. ∙ He recruited Argentine rapper Cazzu for the remix of his breakthrough single, “Toda,” in order to give the track a “feminine touch.” ∙ His single “Jangueo” appeared on Apple Music Top 100 playlists for more than a dozen countries, including Colombia, Mexico, and Spain. ∙ Rose has twice collaborated with prolific reggaetón artist Arcángel, whom he’s called one of his greatest musical influences.
