About Harrison

London-based electronic dance producer and DJ Harrison is known for not only his energetic future bass tracks but also for his live vocals. He made his breakthrough in the early 2010s with strategic collaborations with the likes of high-profile predecessors such as David Guetta and Hardwell before founding his own label and releasing a string of singles, including "Once Upon a Time" (2016) and "Been a Long Time (2018). Hailing from the town of Guildford, Harrison Manley-Shaw combined his passion for singing and electronic music, catching the attention of David Guetta, who recruited Harrison for his 2013 single "Ain't a Party." He also hopped onto tracks by Hardwell ("Sally") and Vinai ("The Wave") while starting his own label imprint, Outlaw Records. He followed with a steady stream of songs and collaborations, including 2015's "Take Me Home" with Thomas Gold and HIIO, 2016's "L.A. Girls" with Juicy M, and "Once Upon a Time" with Kill the Buzz. Also known for his energetic live performances, Harrison spent much of his time touring the world, hitting popular venues in Europe and extending his exposure as far as China and India. In 2018, he issued solo efforts "Blinding My Vision," "Been a Long Time," and "In My Bloodstream," which showcased his vocals atop less propulsive atmospherics. That year he also made headway by joining Hardwell on the dancefloor-shaking "Earthquake" and Kill the Buzz and Leon Mallett on "2 White Lies." ~ Neil Z. Yeung
