In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My mother bought my sister a piano from a garage sale across the street and I would always play it when I was bored. Playing that piano was my introduction to music and watching my older brother play music live also directly inspired me. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frank Ocean, channel ORANGE Ryan Beatty, Boy in Jeans Tyler, The Creator, CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST These three artists are very influential to the style of music that I like to make. There were no skips whenever I first heard these albums all the way through and each of these albums have some of my favorite songs of all time. Tell us why you chose this song. “Iceberg” I wrote this song about the emotions felt after breaking up with your ex partner. The story of this song follows the different stages of grief and the path to acceptance after a breakup. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing at the Bells Eccentric Cafe backroom in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It was my first time performing on a real stage with great audio and live mixing. Not many of my friends could come because the event was 21+ but It was great! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to one day collaborate with Tyler The Creator or Steve Lacy
