About Harry Fraud

Harry Fraud is a primarily sample-based hip-hop producer with a contemporary flair. Alongside French Montana, Action Bronson and Smoke DZA, he helped soundtrack New York’s early-2010s rap revival. • After years in the underground, the Brooklyn native broke through with a series of early-’10s French Montana productions, including 2012’s “Shot Caller”. • Fraud’s productions regularly include the catchy tag “La musica de Harry Fraud”. • Harry’s father, William “Chip” Quigley, is a major concert promoter who also managed the band Sugar Ray. • After mixtape success, French enlisted Fraud for multiple placements on his platinum-selling 2017 Jungle Rules album and his gold-certified 2019 effort Montana. • Harry Fraud partnered with Action Bronson for the Queens rapper’s major label debut, Saaab Stories. The 2013 EP went Top 10 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. • Harry Fraud has collaborated extensively with Curren$y. In 2012, they made Cigarette Boats and kept the nautical theme going on releases like 2020’s The OutRunners. • Early into his career, Harry Fraud launched Surf School Recordings. The name is inspired by rapper Max B’s “wavy” slang, along with the producer’s passion for surfing.
