Last Man Dancing Radio With Jake Shears

“Last Man Dancing Radio is a two-hour mixed epic dance adventure that spans the inspirations and influences that my producer DJ Sammy Jo and I have shared for over two decades,” Jake Shears tells Apple Music. “The sound is a contemporary meld of the sweaty, low-ceilinged underground basement to the expansiveness of an open-air rave with some deep classics always lurking to rear their heads.” Every Friday at 1 pm PT/9 pm LDN on Apple Music Hits, the Scissor Sisters songwriter and vocalist brings the party with DJ mixes to kick off the weekend. “We will be playing house, tech house, electro, indie dance and of course some disco,” he continues. “We aim for Deep Fun, and Last Man Dancing Radio will be our own special house party designed for those who stay to the end.”
