About John Martin
While at Stockholm's Cosmos Studios, Sebastian Ingrosso of Swedish House Mafia overheard John Martin Lindström and Michel Zitron, and invited the pair to assist with "Save the World," a summer 2011 anthem that sold half a million copies in the U.S. and reached the U.K. Top Ten. Lindström and Zitron subsequently wrote the lyrics for Avicii's hit "Fade into Darkness." Whereas Lindström's vocal for "Save the World" went uncredited, the next single he co-wrote for SHM, "Don't You Worry Child," included his name on the artwork. It charted in 32 countries, reaching the top spot in the U.K., Sweden, Australia, and Venezuela. A collaboration with Max Enforcer ensued before Lindström contributed a vocal mix of the SHM track "Reload" in 2013. ~ James Wilkinson
