Within Nigeria’s generation of lucidly expressive music stars, Akewe Terry Daniel— popularly known as Terri—flourishes in his conscientiously carved sound. For Terri, the path would begin with his discovery after uploading his 2018 cover of DJ Jimmy Jatt and Wizkid’s “Oshey” to Instagram. The same year would see him get signed to Wizkid's imprint, Starboy Music, and lend an assist on what would become the biggest hit of the year, “Soco". Terri continuously surrenders his sound to the tides of evolution in the passing stages of his life and career.
