British electronic hard rock band Enter Shikari’s 2006 debut, “Mothership,” was named iTunes Single of the Week. ∙ In 2006, they became only the second unsigned band in history to sell out the 2,000-seat London Astoria theater. ∙ Their self-released debut album, 2007’s Take to the Skies, hit No. 4 on the UK charts. ∙ Influential British radio host Zane Lowe dubbed the single “Juggernauts” the “hottest record in the world” in 2009. ∙ In a nod to their cathartic shows, they won their second Best Live Band trophy at the 2012 Kerrang! Awards. ∙ Dedicated football fans, the band sponsored the uniforms for their hometown team, St Albans City F.C., in 2020. ∙ Their sixth release, 2020’s Nothing Is True & Everything Is Possible, was their highest-charting UK album ever, debuting at No. 2.
