The worst app that my phone had to face. It's not user friendly at all. I by mistake paid for something, the app doesn't have English version, so I paid for wrong product at all. Even tho I was a loyal customer of Empik for more than 4years, they didn't refund my money. Even tho I emailed them 3 minutes after purchase that it was accidentally, I need refund. They didn't. So , I really hate this app. Never visiting Empik or its app again.Thanks for not helping

I have been using the app for a long time now and I must say that I've never had any problems with it. It's intuitive, with easy payment and delivery options, and it informs me about the status of my order - nothing to complain.

I tried to add gift card to app. After I entered card number, the app asked about pin code, made me reveal it, only to say "we are changing. We cannot add Your card into the app. Use it in the shop instead". It would be ok if I got this information before revealing pin code.
