Good location for cbd and train station, close to medical facilities.

Arrived early to Brisbane and was able to drop our bags off before heading to an appointment, we had good luck and got to check in straight away and have a quick refresh from our flight. Buffet breakfast was part of our room package which was a good start to the day. Scrambled eggs were old on one occasion and our child had hoped for some pancakes like other Accor properties but made do with the bacon and croissants. In room dining qr code was not valid and options from the restaurant for dinner were limited for a picky eater. Secured Parking in basement would be recommended for a micro car due to the locations of the structural concrete posts you had to negotiate upon each entrance level and parking cost us $25 per day. Would recommend to others and stay again. Staff were friendly and our suite room was very tidy.

Quality of room was very inferior, very noisy with building site next door, ants in the room, broken curtains which didn't cover the window, toilets not cleaned & misinformation provided by staff. Overall would not recommend to anyone

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff, whether at front desk, housekeeping and bar/restaurant. I would definitely stay again, as it was also, well priced for my budget. I found it through, my virgin app, whilst booking my flights return from Perth.
