Già dall’ingresso abbiamo capito che la struttura è stata la scelta giusta. Personale accogliente e gentile, e la struttura è molto bella. Purtroppo siamo state solo una notte e abbiamo usufruito della piscina solo la mattina dopo ma il soggiorno è stato perfetto con tutti i servizi a disposizione anche in stanza.

Abbiamo scelto la struttura in quanto il nome mondrian è una garanzia. Purtroppo non è stato così. Abbiamo avuto disavventure col personale davvero sgradevoli, ovvero a mio modesto parere non c'è dialogo tra i dipendenti della struttura. Al momento del check out, dopo averlo richiesto svariate volte, ci è stato riconsegnato un sacchetto con la biancheria della lavanderia completamente sporca, ovvero come l'avevamo inviata. Dopo circa mezz'ora, ci sono state dette 3 versioni differenti. Fatto sta che la biancheria era sporca. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata è completamente diversa da quella mostrata sulle foto e nella reception si sente costantemente odore di cucinato in quanto confinante con la cucina del "presunto" ristorante Italiano. Unica persona degna il di lode è il concierge che si è scusato 100 volte di quanto accaduto. Il personale neanche arrivederci ci ha detto. Assolutamente da evitare.

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. Unfortunately there was some misunderstanding that led to your laundry on the second batch not being washed. As our hotel does not have a physical laundry on site, we work with offsite vendor and they have a specific pick up timing. To have the laundry service returned on the same day, it has to be picked up before 10am and we usually advise guest to call our team and let our colleagues know to pick up the laundry to ensure they can have their items laundered and returned as required. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
