Expérience très étrange , Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle ! Hotel récent , propre ! Mais au lendemain de mon départ je m’aperçois que il manque 250€ dans ma saccoche ( Étant sur d’avoir une petite liasse avec 1100€ , Et de l’argent que je n’utilisais pas que j’avais pas convertis , Résultat 850€ .. J’ai envoyez un message à l’hôtel dans l’attente d’une réponse et qu’il enquête auprès de la femme de ménage qui me faisais d’énorme sourire ( Étrange encore .. ) J’ai laisser la sacoche dans la chambre une demi journée et une matinée car nous étions à la piscine , J’ai été bien trop naïf et je suis très déçu ! Dans l’attente d’un retour car ceci est très grave d’autant plus dans un pays comme SINGAPOUR

Séjour de 9 jours à Singapour. Hôtel moderne et bien placé pour entamer les visites. Il est toutefois à regretter que les chambres soient si mal conçues pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.

We deeply regret that certain aspects of your experience fell short of your expectations, especially given the extended nature of your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the payment process. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find out at check-in that the payment had only been pre-authorized. I am also sorry to hear that the room design did not meet your expectations.
