Room was clean and comfortable. On the weekend food on the breakfast was not supplied aftt9am, clients were asking about lack of any type of bread and staff was not bringing anything. Long time waiting for coffee. All tables were not cleaned after previous guests, so was hard to sit, people started to clean by them own. I think the breakfast experience was really unacceptable.

The hotel was more than I expected. I'm a travel agent who traveled with a group of ladies. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were small but modern and clean. We all enjoyed our stay and I will be returning with future groups.

The hotel was more than I expected. I'm a travel agent who traveled with a group of ladies. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were small but modern and clean. The metro was 1 block away. We all enjoyed our stay and I will be returning with future groups.

Room was clean and comfortable. However I was a bit taken aback when the staff lectured me on arrival because I arrived early. They spoke to me as if I was an idiot and didn’t know when check-in time was. When I explained I had just landed from the States, knew check-in time was 2 and asked if I could get breakfast and wait until a room was ready as nothing else was open on Sunday morning - they went on to tell me that obviously hotels in America were different but In Europe you can’t come before 2. Eventually they agreed I could pay for breakfast and wait in the lobby until things opened up and I could go somewhere else until my room was ready. For the rest of the stay I just avoided the front desk staff and the rest of the stay was pleasant. I travel frequently for business usually landing early morning. Only in Paris do I find the desk staff to be rude and unwelcoming.
