It was good except for the housekeeping that did not use sheets which cover the entire mattress so our feet kept touching the bear mattress. Very unhygienic.

The staff always welcome and facilitating to make arrangements for our stay to be perfect . The location is so good making easier to go to the main spots in Sao Paulo . I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and i will definitely return there for my next stay in Sao Paulo .

Not nearly as nice as the website

The hotel is dumpy, not nice like the website shows. I had to change room, AC was not working. I had 2 little beds instead of a big bed. Carpet is musty, breakfast is TERRIBLE. The first room looked like a bad student dorm, the second one was a *bit* better. Staff is ok and nice, but the hotel itself is quite awful. AVOID.
