Hotel room is very dated looks like hasn’t had a make over for 20 years, beds were okay but that was about it. Hotel won’t use central air conditioning just to save money, the air smells stale once walking in the room. Breakfast was over charged

We are truly sorry to hear about the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations, particularly the condition of the room and the air conditioning. 1. We recognize the need for improvements and are pleased to inform you that we are planning facility upgrades in 2025 to enhance our guests’ experience. 2. Our hotel operates with a central heating and cooling system, and during seasonal transitions like this, we do not run the air conditioning as outside temperatures are lower, and some guests may feel chilly. Fortunately, our rooms are designed with windows that can be opened to allow fresh air circulation from outside. it seems that we were unable to suggest this option for improved air quality in the room. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future with a refreshed and improved experience. Thank you once again for your comments. Hasmin Hwang General Manager
