We stayed 5 days. Overall, it was adequate but I would try somewhere else next time. Pros: The room was clean and the space of the room was fine for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The trundle-bed style of the pullout couch meant our teens had separate beds which was a plus! The view of the Eiffel Tower from our room was lovely. The location was convenient and we felt safe in the area. Cons: The mattress on the king bed was probably fine at one point but no longer had support and needs replaced. The bathtub was “renovated” by adding an acrylic tub liner over an old bathtub; anyone with short legs would have difficulty safely stepping out of the bathtub after a shower. Only one of the two elevators on our side of the hotel worked which meant longer waits and crowded trips up and down. The pool looks like it has not been used or thought of in decades (but we didn’t go to Paris to swim in a pool). Front desk advised us that the onsite laundry facilities are not operational. This was the second leg of our vacation so we had been counting on using the laundry.

If it was just about the view it's a 10, but every other aspect is a zero. Dishwasher didnt work and took 2 days of maintenance coming in and out during our stay to put in a new one that still only worked intermittently. Pool was closed but no signage or notification given nor any refund offered for lack of pool or dishwasher issues even after I had Expedia contact them. Incompetent staff. Garbage operation. Look elsewhere.

Our arrival and check in was simple and efficient thanks to the knowledgeable, friendly and capable staff. The hotel's location was good being close enough to public transport options as well as a little outside to the touristy area making the neighbourhood a calmer and friendlier option. It's location also made it easier to move in and out with the car when required
