Good location but average hotel

For the price of this hotel, I was somewhat disappointed with my stay. It's clear that you're paying for the location rather than quality of the hotel. The room was very small, which is expected. It was also incredibly dusty and dirty. For the price, this was unexpected and disappointing. On the positive side, the air conditioning in the room worked great.

Small but important topic as room cleaning services was inexistent as well the free water bottle was not replaced during my stay. This experience turns out to decrease the improved experience from reception to everything else.

Regarding the cleaning service, in our hotel is made everyday unless the guest put "do not disturb" outside the door. For the bottle of water it's a welcome bottle, just for the first day, as it is also mentioned on a sticker put on the minibar door. Do not hesitate next time to ask the reception as our staff is available 24h to provide all the information you need. We hope to see you for your next trip to Paris. Stayed in a Privilege room which was a little larger than normal. Nice to have acoffee maker and fridge. Very comfortable bed and large shower. The entrance to the hotel was the check-in desk and seating area with sort of a bar - could probably do with a re-design to make it more useable. But that's a minor point and loved my stay in this central hotel.
