The front desk staff, especially ( young African American evening shift woman o think Keiare or Ke she work 9/22 at 1p..) She assisted me with bringing a cake with a candle, Balloon and a card signed by the front desk and a card by me for my mother's 75th birthday. They decided to give this to my mother complimentary after I tried to pay for this service. I put the whole surprise on my social media since a own a company for nurses. Now they all know this service exist. They dont know it was complimentary. My mother did not believe that a hotel would take time out to do this act of kindness for her and assisted me. This will be our hotel whenever we visit Miami from Ohio. Thank you so much for the nice clean room and the perfect act of kindness ❤️

Hair from previous guests found in shower and around base of toilet. Front desk personnel tried to say no rooms were available for check-in despite paying for early check-in with reservation. When asked about a refund since no rooms were available, she corrected herself and said she didn’t see that part of our reservation and proceeded to give us key cards for the room we paid for.

The bed...was a bit rough

So, after a corporate visit, I decided to book again same place with different results, first visit flawless, second visit, bed was horrible, we ended up smashed in the middle of the king, due to the sunken area on the mattress

Receptionist were friendly at check in, room comfortable and in general hotel is good BUT Breakfast was one of the worst I ever had Service not that great Buffet one of the worst. Many things were already missing on buffet and not refilled. Sausage was cold and dry, bacon same. I ate the scrambled egg which looked as if made of powder eggs and not real eggs Did kind paying 35$ for a good breakfast. But this was not worth 5$.
