I traveled with my best friend for a girls trip/long weekend in Paris and the property exceeded expectations. The room was larger than we were expecting (two twin beds, lovely shower and bath tub) and very comfortable. We found the location to be very central and close to many metro lines. AC was great, wifi was great. All of the staff we encountered were lovely, helpful and aimed for the comfort of the guests. I would stay here again for sure.

The front desk staff was very patient. I looked at a couple of rooms before settling on the best one for my needs. I was in town for a week for work, so I wanted a very quiet room away from the elevators. Over the week the room service team was great. Housekeeping was very good and they were able to help me with a couple items I forgot. The concierge team was great at recommendations. Almost every meal was great. The bed was comfortable, the temperature in the room was good, and the only issue I had was trying to figure out how to use the very complicated bath/shower! The location was great and I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to be. Thank you for a great stay. I will return to your hotel.

Great location in Paris, very nice and clean Hotel. The service was OK a little below my expectation for a 5 star hotel, staff could be friendlier too, they seem to look down on people that are not dress "adequately" for the hotel.
