Shipping & Returns Policy

Mayo Clinic Press is committed to processing your order promptly. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation notice with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 7-10 days to receive orders within the USA. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS to generate updates to your shipping status.
Canadian orders may take 18-21 days for delivery. International orders may take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

If your order from Mayo Clinic Press arrived damaged or if something is missing from your order, contact us at 1-800-291-1128 or mayoclinicpress@service.mayoclinic.com, and we’ll be happy to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. We will replace products that have been damaged in the shipping process. We aren’t able to replace books that have been damaged due to regular wear and tear. If you received a damaged item from a retailer other than Mayo Clinic Press, please reach out to them directly for assistance.

We want you to be completely satisfied with Mayo Clinic Press products. You may return a product within 30 days and receive a prompt refund. To request a return, please contact mayoclinicpress@service.mayoclinic.com.

In the event of a temporary stock shortage, we will notify you as to when the product is expected to be in stock and ready for shipping. If the product is not able to ship within 60 days of your original order, we will contact you so you can either let us know you’ll continue to wait for shipment or if you want us to cancel your order.
