Tours and Tickets

Thank you for your interest in reserving a tour of the Capitol and/or White House through the Office of Congresswoman Mary Miller.

White House:

We are pleased to announce that the resumption of public tours of the White House on Fridays and Saturdays between 8AM and 12:30PM.

To request a White House tour, email MaryMillerTours@mail.house.gov. For your request to be considered, please provide the name of each member of your group, your address in Illinois, phone number, and the dates that you're available for a tour (full days in D.C., not including travel days).

Once you have requested a tour through our office, you will be contacted by the White House Visitor Center via email. Their email will provide you with a registration link where you must RSVP and submit personal security information for each individual in your tour group. This must be completed in order for your tour to be processed and approved.

Once you RSVP your tour group on the White House Visitor Center website, your tour will be pending approval until approximately two weeks before your requested tour date. If you do not hear from the White House once you enter your two week window, please call our Washington, D.C. office at (202) 225-5271 and we will push your tour status notification along accordingly.

Please note that approximately 90% of all White House tour requests are denied in any given month; most denials are due to the high volume of requests. The White House also may very well cancel approved and confirmed tour groups given that the schedule of the President of the United States is subject to change at any moment. Because of these inconveniences, we do not recommend planning your trip to Washington around the possibility of a White house tour.

US Capitol:

Tours of the US Capitol are available Monday-Friday. To request a tour through our office, please email marymillertours@mail.house.gov. For your request to be considered, please provide the name of each member of your group, your address in Illinois, phone number, and the dates that you're available for a tour (full days in D.C., not including travel days).

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to give our Washington, D.C. office a call.
