Why are only US_english versions of 6.6-updates available in the backend of various sites I maintain? I speak german so that’s what I need for an updater. Language is set to german, of course.

That link (and the resources under it) is not generated until the final version of WP 6.6 is released. It will be available from July 16th (the planned date for the release of WP 6.6).

I have updated the post with the Hooks added or updated in WP 6.6.
