Returns and refunds

If you’re not happy with your Maeving purchase upon delivery, you have the option to send it back within 14-days and receive a full refund.

All £500 deposits on the Maeving RM1S are fully refundable ahead of final payment. Once final payment has been paid you have the right to cancel your order 48 hours ahead of your agreed delivery date (see cancellations below).

The following rules for return apply:

• Item must be returned in as new condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• All accessories/manuals/keys/chargers must be returned in as new condition
• Returned items must have a copy of the original sales invoice included, along with details for the reason for the return
• The customer is responsible for courier/postage/collection fees
• If you are unable to organise a courier, then a collection can be arranged with Maeving. The collection costs will be deducted from the refund total.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your Maeving motorcycle order (RM1 or RM1S) please contact our support team via email or phone using the details below. Please note that the cut-off for cancellation is 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. Any cancellation request that comes in within the 48-hour period may incur a cancellation fee.
